From Consulting to Project Management | Belle Meade
Turning a vision into a trusted partnership
Initially, we entered this project in a consulting capacity for a Belle Meade homeowner who had managed previous renovations. However, our role quickly evolved into full leadership for a year-long transformation. We were proud to collaborate with architect Coleman Mills to reimagine the property, ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s vision.
Goal: Precision, Partnership and Care
Our goal was to deliver a comprehensive transformation while building a trusted partnership. We executed a whole-home renovation including five bathrooms, with custom tile and radiant-heated flooring, and the addition of a new guest suite.
We also delivered a major kitchen transformation and reimagined the breakfast room, highlighted by a stunning vaulted ship-lap ceiling.

The downstairs was transformed into a master guest suite with a full kitchen and access to the pool.
5 baths and bedrooms were fully renovated including custom closets and a stunning custom marble sink with under lighting in the guest bath. Even the laundry room became a creative, inspiring space.
During construction, the owners moved overseas and decided to sell the home. Our role shifted to providing full oversight of the property and project, ensuring safety, quality completion, budget discipline, and a successful transition to market.
